Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, based in Delhi, India. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Explore Abroad Edu, ensuring the smooth functioning of all consultancy services. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating between students and partner universities, handling visa and travel arrangements, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of clients and stakeholders. The General Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, maintaining relationships with partner institutions, and continually improving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in staff management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency
  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of visa processes, travel coordination, and international student support
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Delhi, India
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
