Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in New Delhi. The General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel and banquets, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining facilities, handling budgets, and overseeing marketing and sales strategies. The General Manager will also work to implement policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, and Facility Management
  • Strong Leadership and Staff Management skills
  • Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Revenue Management skills
  • Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Conflict Resolution abilities
  • Marketing, Sales, and Event Management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi proficiently
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
