About Us

We are a fast-growing startup in the student and working professional hostel sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and on track to scale up to 4,000 beds by December 2025. We focus on providing modern, community-driven living spaces and are looking for a marketing leader to drive our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

Role Overview

The General Manager – Marketing & Branding will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies to build brand equity, drive occupancy, and enhance customer experience. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, offline branding, campaign management, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing) to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Lead branding initiatives including design, content, PR, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee brand positioning and identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Track, measure, and report ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, corporates, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in startup, hospitality, real estate, or co-living sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics).
  • Experience with brand building, PR, ATL/BTL campaigns, and offline events.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
