SkinQure Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced
General Manager
to oversee clinic operations, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance client experience and staff productivity.
- Conduct
weekly meetings
with department heads to monitor performance and ensure high efficiency. - Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and regulatory standards
to maintain a safe and legal work environment.
2. Business Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute
growth strategies
to increase revenue and market presence. - Monitor
industry trends
and implement innovative wellness programs and services. - Build and maintain strong
partnerships
with vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals.
3. Financial Management
- Manage
budgets, control costs,
and oversee financial performance. - Analyze key
financial metrics
, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. - Identify opportunities to
improve profitability
while maintaining service excellence.
4. Development with Human Resource Team
- Train and mentor a
high-performing team
of wellness professionals with the help of the Human Resource Team (HR). - Foster a
positive work culture
that aligns with the company's mission and values. - Set
clear goals, monitor performance,
and provide constructive feedback. - Develop and enforce
better policies
for a healthy work environment and high productivity.
5. Client Experience & Community Engagement
- Ensure
exceptional customer service
and resolve client concerns promptly. - Develop
marketing initiatives
to attract and retain clients. - Represent the company at
industry events, networking functions,
and community programs.
6. Reporting & Strategic Planning
- Provide
monthly reports
to the Director on clinic growth, financial performance, and operational improvements. - Collaborate with leadership to develop
better strategies
for business expansion and service enhancement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
. - 15+ years of experience
in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry. - Strong
leadership, strategic planning, and financial management
skills. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
to manage teams and build relationships. - Experience in
marketing, business development, and operations management
. - Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and make data-driven decisions.
