SkinQure Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced 
General Manager
 to oversee clinic operations, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance client experience and staff productivity.
  • Conduct 
    weekly meetings
     with department heads to monitor performance and ensure high efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    health, safety, and regulatory standards
     to maintain a safe and legal work environment.

2. Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute 
    growth strategies
     to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Monitor 
    industry trends
     and implement innovative wellness programs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong 
    partnerships
     with vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals.

3. Financial Management

  • Manage 
    budgets, control costs,
     and oversee financial performance.
  • Analyze key 
    financial metrics
    , generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to 
    improve profitability
     while maintaining service excellence.

4. Development with Human Resource Team

  • Train and mentor a 
    high-performing team
     of wellness professionals with the help of the Human Resource Team (HR).
  • Foster a 
    positive work culture
     that aligns with the company's mission and values.
  • Set 
    clear goals, monitor performance,
     and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and enforce 
    better policies
     for a healthy work environment and high productivity.

5. Client Experience & Community Engagement

  • Ensure 
    exceptional customer service
     and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Develop 
    marketing initiatives
     to attract and retain clients.
  • Represent the company at 
    industry events, networking functions,
     and community programs.

6. Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Provide 
    monthly reports
     to the Director on clinic growth, financial performance, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop 
    better strategies
     for business expansion and service enhancement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in 
    Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
    .
  • 15+ years of experience
     in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Strong 
    leadership, strategic planning, and financial management
     skills.
  • Excellent 
    communication and interpersonal skills
     to manage teams and build relationships.
  • Experience in 
    marketing, business development, and operations management
    .
  • Ability to work in a 
    fast-paced environment
     and make data-driven decisions.
