Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting and engaging with potential clients, onboarding homeowners, and finding tenants. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property visits, executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires working closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth property management and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct research and gather marketing intelligence
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
