Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with clients, promoting our products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to strategize on sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to identify and engage with potential customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in preparing sales reports and using CRM software
- Knowledge of market research techniques
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions
- Relevant experience in the food industry or sustainable farming is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
