Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious, target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility. You'll manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Explain product benefits to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Age: years.
  • Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 1- 3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred).
  • Strong communication: Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel.
  • Grooming and presentation suitable for high-value product sales.
