Key Responsibilities

  • Handle hotel reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and services.
  • Process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, packages, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports and update records in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
