
Guest Relations Officer

- Welcome and assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out with professionalism and warmth.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest requests, complaints, and special requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Collect guest feedback and reviews during and after their stay (in person, via phone, or digital platforms).
- Encourage satisfied guests to share positive reviews on online platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, , etc.).
- Maintain detailed guest records and preferences to provide personalized service for repeat visitors.
- Support the front office team in handling reservations and room assignments when required.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and escalate issues to management if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
