Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Kodungallur. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, identifying client financial needs and providing suitable banking solutions, managing client portfolios, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and issues, achieving sales targets, and generating new business opportunities. The individual will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service skills: Proficiency in understanding client needs, delivering outstanding customer service, and providing appropriate banking solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing skills: Experience in sales, ability to achieve targets, and knowledge of marketing strategies to acquire new business.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for improvement in client service.
  • Banking and Financial knowledge: Understanding of banking products and services, financial regulations, and market trends.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional skills: Ability to work independently, self-motivation, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
