Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relationship Officer (PRO) located in Kochi. The PRO will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing communication strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The PRO will also work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth financial operations related to customer and vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of the brand – engage and build strong relationships with customers and institutions.
  • Execute local marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and visibility.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and customer conversion.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a delightful experience at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for branding, campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain professional presentation and uphold myG's brand values at all times.
