Hotel Front Office Executive – Reservations

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Executive to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Handle reservations, coordinate with other departments, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain high customer service standards and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on front office performance metrics, such as occupancy rates and revenue.
- Implement effective strategies to enhance front office efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
