
Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our enterprise solutions. This role requires prior experience in selling HCM or ERP solutions (Workday, Darwin box, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms).
Skills and Qualificatio
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales of HCM or ERP solutions (Workday, Darwin box, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and map them to enterprise solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the enterprise solutions space.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
