Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Relationship Executive with around 1 to 3 years of experience to strengthen our partnerships with corporate employers and colleges. The role involves onboarding employers to the Honour Career Junction platform, encouraging them to post jobs and internships, and ensuring seamless coordination during campus hiring drives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential corporate partners and recruiters for collaboration.
  • Onboard employers onto the Honour Career Junction platform and assist them with job postings.
  • Promote campus hiring and online job drives through the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure the smooth execution of online drives and client engagements.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with new & existing corporate clients.
  • Understand employer requirements and align them with suitable student profiles.
  • Achieve assigned targets related to client onboarding and job postings.
  • Prepare and share reports on business development and client activity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred or Any Stream).
  • Around 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and client-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR Tech, EdTech, or campus hiring processes preferred.
