Role Overview
As the
Corporate Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for driving corporate and institutional sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding Eat Better Co.'s presence in the B2B segment. You'll identify new business opportunities, manage key corporate accounts, and play a vital role in achieving the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Present Eat Better Co.'s product portfolio and customized solutions to corporate clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored campaigns for the corporate segment.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports and forecasts.
- Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Ensure excellent client servicing, order fulfillment, and post-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or health & wellness sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong network of corporate and institutional clients in Bangalore or South India is a plus.
