Recently, Yatra expanded its corporate service offerings by launching a freight forwarding business named Yatra Freight. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will oversee negotiations, build strong client relationships, monitor sales operations, and ensure that performance targets and business growth goals are achieved. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring client satisfaction will also be significant aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales with experience in identifying business opportunities and closing deals
- Customer Service proficiency, with the ability to address client needs effectively and ensure satisfaction
- Experience in Sales Operations, including strategizing, planning, and executing sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in corporate travel or related industries is an advantage
