Role: Corporate Sales Manager

We are looking for a
street-smart, self-driven Sales Professional
to own key accounts and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This role suits someone who enjoys prospecting, building strong corporate relationships, and closing deals in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead-generation tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate clients.
  • Conduct product demos, client meetings, and presentations to showcase HireMee's assessment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → proposals → negotiations → closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track and report sales performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box and solve problems quickly.
  • Prior experience in B2B/Corporate Sales preferred (HR Tech/Assessment/EdTech is a plus).
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
