Corporate Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and manage existing accounts to generate revenue
- Focus on selling MICE-related opportunities, including events, conferences & incentive trips
- Develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or leisure industry.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of the travel leisure market and corporate MICE segment.
