Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Director – Partnership Sales
to define, build, and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, working closely with technology alliances, resellers, consultants, and service partners to drive revenue growth and long-term strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a
comprehensive partnership strategy
aligned with business and revenue goals. - Design and implement
scalable partner programs
that support growth across markets. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard
strategic partners
, including technology, channel, and service partners. - Build and grow a high-performing
partner network
that accelerates pipeline and revenue. - Lead complex
partnership negotiations
, ensuring mutually beneficial commercial and strategic outcomes. - Collaborate closely with
Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations
teams to ensure seamless partner execution. - Establish and track
performance metrics, reporting, and KPIs
to measure partner success. - Drive continuous improvement across partner programs and engagement models.
- Manage
legal, financial, and operational aspects
of partnership agreements and governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in
Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales
. - Strong experience building and scaling
partner ecosystems
, preferably within
SaaS, HCM, or HR Tech
. - Proven ability to combine
strategic thinking with hands-on execution
. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue impact through partnerships.
- Experience working with
CRM and partner management tools
. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
