We are hiring an AVP – B2B Sales to lead new logo acquisition across India and international markets. The role involves identifying high-value industries, running deep discovery, crafting strong value propositions, and driving full-cycle enterprise sales for ODR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end new client acquisition across targeted sectors and countries.
Deep industry and account research to identify ODR-use cases and decision-makers.
Build ICPs, buyer personas, and execute structured discovery calls.
Convert pain points into tailored solutions, proposals, and ROI-driven pitches.
Draft high-quality outbound emails, LinkedIn messaging, and sales collateral.
Build and manage a strong qualified pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with product, legal, and operations teams to drive pilots and closures.
Track competitive/market trends and contribute to GTM strategy.
Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
