**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven **Social Media Manager – Performance Marketing** to join our team in Pune Maharashta. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in **lead generation via Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**, specifically for the **education sector**. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns across platforms to drive quality leads and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns** focused on lead generation.

* Design and implement **paid social strategies** to drive targeted traffic and quality leads for our education programs.

* Monitor and analyze **campaign performance**, ensuring ROI, CPL, CTR, and other KPIs are met.

* Conduct **A/B testing** on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

* Collaborate with design, content, and academic teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

* Report on **campaign metrics**, insights, and recommendations on a regular basis.

* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the education domain.

* Ensure compliance with advertising policies and platform guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Proven experience (3+ years) in **performance marketing**, especially for the **education or EdTech sector**.

* Expertise in **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**.

* Strong understanding of **lead generation funnels** and **conversion optimization**.

* Proficiency in using tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager**, etc.

* Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics.

* Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum ROI.

* Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

* Immediate joiners preferred.
