Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include:

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, social, display, video, and affiliate channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and data teams to align messaging, creative, and user journey.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Stay current with platform trends, industry benchmarks, and algorithm changes to ensure top performance.
  • Explore new growth channels and tactics, including influencer partnerships, native ads, and remarketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with campaign management and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and optimization
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
