We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads)

Performance Marketing Manager
 who's equally obsessed with 
creative hooks
 and 
CTR graphs
 — someone who knows how to make Meta ads feel human 
and
 perform like magic.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize, execute & scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) end-to-end
  • Build and manage performance dashboards (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC)
  • Research audiences, creatives, and placements to find what converts
  • Work closely with the content & design team to 
    craft thumb-stopping ad creatives
  • Plan monthly budgets & campaign calendars aligned with brand goals
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and funnels — and translate learnings into actionable insights
  • Stay updated with Meta's latest features, trends, and algorithm changes

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (D2C preferred)
  • You understand how content, storytelling, and performance come together
  • Strong analytical mindset — but equally creative
  • Experience with Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events, and UTM tracking
  • Knowledge of influencer-led campaigns or UGC ads is a plus
  • You love experimenting, learning, and growing fast in a creative environment
