
International Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new international sales opportunities across industry segments, including mid-sized, large enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand the companys footprint in international markets (Europe, North America, APAC).
- Build and nurture a robust ecosystem of clients and business partners; manage and retain relationships with existing stakeholders.
- Apply consultative and solution-based selling techniques to address customer pain points and present tailored IT services and software product solutions.
- Conduct market research to define target audiences, populate sales data, and plan international sales campaigns.
- Engage in voice-based and web-based communication to reach decision-makers (RPCs) and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
- Participate in responding to RFIs and RFPs; present solutions and proposals to CXO-level clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); submit weekly progress reports and performance metrics.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine the companys unique selling propositions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, International Management, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in international business development, especially in selling B2B software products and IT/ITES services.
- Experience in generating qualified leads and closing high-value deals in international markets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- High-level stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to define and execute international sales strategies and campaigns.
