External Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business leaders Prepare and present timely monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including P L balance sheet working capital inventory and cash flow analyses Deliver actionable financial insights and MIS reports to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance Partner with cross-functional teams operations supply chain commercial to support cost optimization margin improvement and resource allocation Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics Ensure compliance with internal controls financial policies and audit requirements Drive continuous improvements in financial systems processes and reporting Support investment appraisals capex planning and scenario analysis for key business initiatives Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals fostering development and high performance Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records supporting audit processes and implementing corrective actions Manage product costing and variance analysis to ensure accurate cost allocation support pricing decisions and identify opportunities for cost optimization Qualification CA Technical Expertise in Excel and SAP Solid understanding of accounting principles budgeting forecasting costing and variance analysis Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Knowledge of manufacturing finance and cost structures Functional Business finance partnering and cross-functional collaboration Budget control variance tracking and KPI monitoring Scenario planning and strategic decision support Internal control and compliance framework awareness Behavioral Strategic thinking with a detail-oriented approach Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity and accountability Effective communication and presentation abilities Competencies Audit Management MIS Consolidation Communicating Effectively Commercial Acumen Developing People Growth Mindset Result Orientation Accounting and Reporting
