Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, sub-brokers, and franchisees. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, financial market knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth through effective partner engagement. . Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with partners, sub-brokers, and corporate clients.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new business acquisition opportunities in the financial and stock broking domain.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client engagement and business expansion strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account setup and client servicing.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential business leads and competitor trends.
• Represent the company at relevant financial events, meetings, and networking sessions. Required Candidate Profile
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or stock broking.
• Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
