Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Telecaller who can connect with prospective students, explain our Online MBA, Online BBA, Online B.Com and other online courses, and help generate quality leads. The role involves calling, counseling, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and provide information about courses.
  • Follow up with interested prospects via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
  • Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.
  • Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team for smooth admissions.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Confident, polite, and positive attitude while talking on calls.
  • Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of education or counseling is a plus.
  • Freshers can also apply; training will be provided.
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently.
