**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Identify and target potential customers in assigned regions or industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Promote and sell waste management equipment and solutions offered by Tanco Waste Solutions.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the management team for product and service improvements.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales agreements.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with after-sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in waste management or a related industry.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- **Attributes**:
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
