As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the real estate sales team. You will lead a team of sales agents, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure they meet their sales targets. You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

**Title: Territory Sales Manager**

**Location : Gurgaon, Haryana**

**Shift Timings :10am to 7pm**

**Responsibilities**
- Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
