Social Media Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform's audience and requirements.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the industry and brand, and actively participate in discussions to increase brand presence.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with content optimization for search engines is a plus.
- Passion for social media and staying informed about emerging platforms, trends, and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changes and embrace new challenges in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
