**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at DayNight Technologies in Gurugram. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for media planning, communication, social media marketing, writing, and social media optimization (SMO) on a day-to-day basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and influencers to foster positive relationships and maintain brand loyalty.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and posts using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on performance, growth, and engagement metrics.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all social media content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality.
- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in running paid social media campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms in the digital marketing and social media landscape.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive in generating new ideas to enhance social media presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
