Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to manage and enhance our clients' social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies to increase engagement, grow followers, and convert leads through innovative campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content calendars that resonate with the target audience and align with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and industry news, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers to increase brand reach.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with unique and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns is a plus.
