**Job Opportunity: Social Media Strategist**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with product and brand goals.
- Manage paid campaigns (social media ads, PPC) and ensure budget optimization for maximum ROI.

**Social Media Management**
- Own and manage official accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content - including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Interact with the community, respond to comments and messages, and build an engaged follower base.
- Track performance metrics and generate insights to refine social strategy.
- Use segmentation and personalization strategies to improve open and conversion rates.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- **2-4 years of proven experience** in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite/Buffer.
- Basic graphic design abilities or coordination experience with creative teams/agencies.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- A collaborative team player with a creative and analytical mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
