**Be the Voice of Our Brand: Social Media Strategist**

Do you crave building engaged online communities and turning followers into brand advocates? We're looking for a social media rockstar to join our team and develop strategic content that fuels conversations and drives results across all our social channels.

**You'll Be Responsible For**:

- **Crafting a Winning Social Media Strategy**: You'll be the architect of our social media presence, analyzing current trends, researching target audiences, and developing a data-driven strategy to achieve our marketing goals.
- **Content Creation Powerhouse**: From captivating captions to eye-catching visuals, you'll create engaging content that resonates with our audience and sparks conversations across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
- **Becoming a Social Media Guru**: Staying ahead of the curve is key You'll delve into the latest social media trends, identify relevant hashtags, and leverage them to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
- **Data Wizardry**: Numbers tell a story, and you'll be our translator. Using analytics tools, you'll measure the success of our campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our content strategy for maximum impact.
- **Collaboration is Key**: You'll work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, ensure brand alignment, and integrate social media efforts with our overall marketing strategy.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies.
- A creative mind with a knack for crafting compelling content in various formats (text, visuals, videos).
- Expertise in major social media platforms and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with social media advertising platforms.
- A strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
