**Job Title**: Social Media Handler & Strategist

**Location**: Work from Office - [Gurugram/Deep Connection]
**Type**: Internship/Full-Time | PPO based on performance

We are looking for a creative, driven, and proactive **Social Media Handler & Strategist** to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute with flair, and communicate effectively across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for managing our social media presence end-to-end—from ideation to execution—with a focus on growing engagement, brand awareness, and community building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management
- Write compelling, grammatically sound, and audience-friendly content and captions
- Conceptualise, script, and shoot short-form video content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
- Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to align messaging
- Track performance analytics and optimise accordingly
- Manage social media calendars and campaign timelines
- Be the face behind the camera—or in front of it when required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken **English**:

- Strong copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling
- Hands-on experience with shooting and editing content (mobile and camera)
- Knowledge of content planning and social media trends
- Working knowledge of **social media tools** like:

- **Canva**, **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **CapCut**, **InShot**:

- **Meta Business Suite**, **Buffer**, **Later**, or similar scheduling tools
- **Google Analytics**, **Meta Insights**, and platform-native analytics
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Good camera presence (optional but preferred)

**Bonus if you**:

- Have prior experience in creating viral or high-engagement content
- Understand branding and positioning for niche audiences
- Have worked with influencers or managed collaborations
