We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a **Social Media Marketing (Intern)**. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling posts and monitoring comments and direct messages.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and engage in conversations to build a strong online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly reports using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Insights.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and other promotional activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing and brand strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Familiarity with Platforms**: Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.).
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches to social media content.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- **Enthusiasm**: A passion for social media and digital marketing with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
