**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and objectives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-quality content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and manage client social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive community interactions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform insights to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing them to meet KPIs and ensuring maximum ROI.
- **Client Interaction**: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, present strategy proposals, and provide updates on performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
