**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- **Content Creation**:
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest).
- Develop a content calendar outlining themes, topics, and posting schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and photographers to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
- **Community Management**:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and promptly respond to inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and customer engagement.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with promotional events, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to optimize campaign performance and reach targeted audiences.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate the success of social media initiatives.
- Generate regular reports detailing social media performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative strategies to drive results.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in social media management, preferably in the wedding/event industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
