We’re on the hunt for a **Social Media Executive** who’s not only creative and trend-savvy, but also strategic, organized, and results-driven. If you know what’s going viral before it goes viral — and can turn that into meaningful brand engagement — let’s talk.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Plan, create, and publish high-impact content across social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Stay ahead of social trends, updates, and cultural moments — and translate them into brand-relevant content
- Engage with followers, build community, and monitor online conversations
- Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-backed improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and current trends
- Excellent written communication with a sharp, engaging tone.
- Ability to think creatively while staying on-brand
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have grown or managed a social account (personal or professional)
- Understand paid social and audience targeting
- Have experience with UGC, influencer outreach, or community management
- Know how to make a 15-second video that gets shared and rewatched
