**Role Overview**:The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. The role requires an individual who is creative, proactive, and has a strong understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement.

You will be a key player in enhancing our brand’s online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:Develop and execute engaging content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including posts, images, and videos.
- **Social Media Management**: Handle day-to-day management of the company’s social media profiles, ensuring regular posting and engagement with followers.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms, fostering a positive relationship with the audience.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and posts, and prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations.
- **Collaborations**: Work with the content team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging and design for social media posts, wherever needed.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates on social media platforms to suggest improvements and new ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Understanding & experience of content marketing and graphic designing.
- Experience of SEO on social media platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
