**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across social media platforms.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Assist in the creation and execution of social media strategies tailored to each platform to align with business goals.
- **Community Management**: Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and monitor online reviews. Build relationships with key influencers and manage online communities.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar. Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including setting objectives, targeting, content creation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- **SEO and Web Traffic Metrics**: Optimize content to improve SEO, manage paid advertising on social media, and track web traffic metrics.
- **Brand Awareness**: Increase brand awareness and audience engagement through innovative content and campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and on-brand.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in content creation and management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
