Job Title: Social Media Executive

Overview:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. You will leverage various social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence for the company, interacting with followers, and creating compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage with them effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously optimize strategies.
- Content Creation:

- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all social media channels.
- Community Management:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and promptly respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by initiating discussions, asking questions, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports detailing the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach and amplify brand messaging.
- Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions with other marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and maximize impact.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
