**PROFILE SUMMARY**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research,
- Determine platform, conduct benchmarking, and identify the correct set of audience
- Responsible for creating monthly calendars and syndication schedules
- Plan and execute appropriate Social Media Marketing campaigns and curate content for clients
- Ensure proper setup and optimization of the company pages for each social media platform
- Prepare appropriate reports to ensure ROI and set up specific objectives
- Build relations with social media followers to gather reviews and respond to client queries
- Optimize company pages within each platform to enhance the visibility of the social content
- Capture and analyze the social media data, insights, and best practices
- Collaborate with design/client servicing/website teams to manage reputation
- Responsible for identifying key players and suggesting best actions as per the competitor’s

**SKILLS**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of branding, online marketing, and understanding of diverse marketing channels
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Must be customer-oriented with an ability to multitask with a positive attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Confident in working with a team to optimize the technical objectives of the organization
- Must possess the ability to critically analyze the situation to generate sales

**ELIGIBILITY**
- 6 months of experience in social networking and social analytics tools
- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in communications, marketing, or social media management

Pay: ₹10,994.87 - ₹15,000.26 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
