**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and snapchat.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.

**Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Work with photographers, designers, and influencers to create compelling social media content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and sales.

**Customer Engagement and Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and customer service activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve social media strategies and customer service processes.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as influencers and brand ambassadors, to enhance brand visibility.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
