**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely execution of social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize campaigns.
- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Create visually appealing and engaging content (images, videos, text, graphics) aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and ad copy across all platforms.
- Curate content from external sources and repost user-generated content (UGC) to engage the community.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and direct inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive brand image by managing online interactions and maintaining strong relationships with the community.
- **Social Media Advertising**:

- Assist in the development and execution of paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting targeting and budget as needed to maximize ROI.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Track key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, clicks, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve social media performance and reach set KPIs.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR, and Design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaboration, giveaways, and other promotional activities.
- **Stay Updated on Social Media Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing.
- Experiment with new content formats, social media features, and marketing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, or organizations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
- An eye for design and attention to detail.
- **Analytical & Reporting Skills**:

- Ability to analyze social media data, extract insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- **Additional Qualities**:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and the latest trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
