**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Create engaging and relevant content (posts, graphics, videos) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and engage with potential customers and clients to build a strong online community.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and manage social media campaigns, ensuring timely execution, and achieving set objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, etc.).
- **Performance Analytics**: Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other reporting platforms. Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools and techniques to stay ahead in the digital space.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- **Ad Management**: Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote real estate listings and drive leads.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and guidelines across all platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a good eye for design and content creation.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies for optimization.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property sales, and marketing is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,082.79 - ₹34,637.65 per month
