This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist at Phoeniixx Designs. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, optimizing social media accounts, managing public relations, and developing content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for our clients.

**Requirement**:

- Ideating and driving execution of social media content across all Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- Develop and execute new social media initiatives.
- Maintain influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Grow Instagram as leading channel along with Youtube, Facebook, and linkedin organically.
- Create content and strategies for several social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule content in advance and build the social media calendar accordingly.
- Research new social media trends and prepare engaging content.
- Identify global and national trends to align with our social media plan and marketing.
- Regularly communicate with the audience via Social Media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating and implementing content strategies
- Experience in making reels for different brands
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing across agencies or client side.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
