About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist – Senior II to lead end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media for IT or SaaS clients, driving measurable results, and scaling brand presence through strategic content and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor performance using defined Social Media KPIs; analyze metrics and present actionable insights.
  • Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hoot suite, Sprout Social, etc., for scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Continuously track social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to enhance strategy.
  • Manage client communication, especially for IT/SaaS accounts, ensuring timely updates and performance improvements.
  • Identify areas of optimization and implement improvements in real time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and management.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on Meta.
  • Expertise in platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hoot suite, Sprout Social.
  • Prior experience working with IT or SaaS clients is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
