About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our US Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle voice-based calls from US customers, helping them with their questions, concerns, or issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US-based customers.
  • Understand customer queries and provide the right solutions or information.
  • Maintain a professional and polite tone during calls.
  • Record call details and update the system with relevant information.
  • Follow company scripts and guidelines for customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Good spoken English and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating software, etc.).
  • Freshers are welcome training will be provided.
  • Must be comfortable working in a voice-based calling role.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center is a plus (but not required).
  • Ability to stay calm and polite, even under pressure.

Education

  • Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
