Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Plot No. 99, Sector 44, Near Millennium City Center, Gurugram

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Male Candidate)

Tools Required: Power BI and Microsoft Excel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and interpreting large volumes of data, generating insights, and creating dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making within the foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support academic and operational goals.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Work closely with academic and administrative teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analysis activities.
  • Maintain regular reports and assist in ad-hoc data requests from management.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve internal processes.
  • Document processes and maintain data workflows for transparency and repeatability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

  • Location is well-connected via metro (near Millennium City Center, Gurugram).
  • Compensation for working on Saturdays will be provided as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
